For about a year and a half, our crews have kept Little Saigon’s sidewalks, curbs and public spaces clean for the Seattle Department of Transportation, plus daily cleaning at 12th & Jackson.
Commercial pressure washing across the UW Bothell campus, including the parking garage, using industrial surface cleaners to restore concrete, stairs and high-traffic areas.

The Building Futures with Fresh Family – Living Wage Job Readiness Training Program is a transformative initiative focused on empowering individuals from underserved communities to secure living-wage careers in the construction and labor industries. With $220,000 in funding from the King County Participatory Budgeting Program, this program provides residents of the Skyway/West Hill area with access to hands-on training in construction safety, hazardous material handling, equipment operation, and more. Participants also earn industry-recognized certifications, such as HAZWOPER 40-Hour, OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid.
