In the realm of entrepreneurship, Ron embarked on a collaborative journey with his mother, Debbie, to establish Fresh Family LLC over the past two years. Under their leadership, Fresh Family LLC has experienced rapid growth, now employing a workforce of over 17 individuals. It stands as the fastest-growing minority owned Hazardous Waste Mitigation and General Construction company in the area and has successfully secured over seven government contracts since its inception.

A lifelong resident of Washington, Ron is not only dedicated to his professional endeavors but also to his local community. He actively coaches’ youth sports and is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals and foster growth mindsets. Ron is committed to his mission of developing the top client-focused real estate service company in the area while continuing to make a significant impact on the business landscape.
